"Literally the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Takes weeks to respond and eventually just stopped responding altogether. Only after I've lodged a formal complaint are they now interested in speaking with me to resolve an issue related to a discount that should have been applied months ago. This agency alone has made me question whether or not to even continue using state farm as my insurance carrier. If/when I do leave for another insurance carrier it will be directly because of this office/agent's lack of concern or even having the courtesy to respond to their customer(s)"
"Mr Rocha, I have just learned of your issue today and have reached out through phone and email to try to resolve your issue. The Team Member you have been working with has been out, due to medical issues, and I was not aware of a problem. We have not had any messages from you on our phone system or the SF after hours call center. Rest assured, I will do everything possible to resolve this issue, which seems to revolve around the Steer Clear discount. If you can send us the Certificate of Completion that your son would have received when he completed the course, we can get that discount applied for you.
